What payment options do you offer?

Currently our primary payment gateway for purchases in our store is through PayPal, which allows you to either use your PayPal account, or a Debit / Credit Card without the need of a PayPal account.

How much does shipping cost? 

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and have various rates depending on the product.

  • Dog Tags / Keychains (First Class Mail – Tracking Included): Approx. $1.00
  • T-Shirts (First Class Package Service – Tracking Included): Approx. $3
  • Hoodies (Priority Mail – Tracking Included): Approx. $6

I didn’t receive an e-mail confirmation for the order I placed

When will my order ship?

As soon as we receive your order, we will fulfill and ship within the next business day. If you placed an order on Sunday, it will be shipped the next working business day.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, after your order has been prepared and shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number via the email address you placed the order with.

I received a damaged product, can I get a refund?

If for some reason you received a damaged product, you must return the item within 30 days of receiving. Please reach out to our support team here to resolve any damaged or defective product inquiries.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don’t, but plan to in the near future. Please join our mailing list to keep up to date with news and updates!
